Unlimited Creativity
How to unlock your creative mind whenever you want
Good Morning Achievers,
today we’ll talk about a problem which is more than common in the world of creators, ghostwriters, and writers.
You sit there. In front of you is a blank paper.
Nothing happens. Your mind is empty.
Sometimes we even face this situation with a deadline.
Posts need to be scheduled. The client wants to have their emails ready.
But what topic to write about?
That’s where creativity comes into play.
By the end of this email, you’ll know exactly how to activate your creativity every single time you need it. Over and over again.
Let’s dive in.
1.Stay in your niche
Often it happens that we don’t know what to write about, so we just write about SOMETHING.
Better to write something than nothing, right?
The truth is, your lack of creativity should never decrease the quality of your posts.
So always stay related to your niche. This is also the biggest inspiration, which can be seen in the next method.
2.Draw from your foundations
What do you do?
I mean, really. What do you want to teach others?
Often we forget these answers and, therefore, forget what to write about in the first place.
• Always have the answer in your mind:
“I teach (these people) (this)“
• Create a mental image of your core ideas.
What are the foundational concepts of what you’re teaching? Have them in your mind as well.
• Have sub-subjects that relate to your ideas.
Sometimes new, but still related ideas to your main idea can be extremely valuable. Make sure you use them and connect them to your core subject as well.
3.Active idea scraping
This is probably the method I use most often by myself.
Wherever you are and whenever it is, if you have an idea:
write it down
• on your phone
• in a notebook
• on a paper
It doesn’t matter.
But write it down.
Then put it all together in an idea notebook, where you can go when it’s time to write.
4.Move and think clearly
Staring at a blank page won’t work most of the time.
Creativity isn’t something you can really force with deadlines.
You should be in a comfortable, inspiring state to receive it.
For me, this is going for a walk.
It’s really good to let your mind wander through different topics.
Often one idea leads to another idea, which then builds an idea-circle.
(Make sure you use the active idea scraping method to capture your ideas somewhere.)
Thinking clearly is also really important.
Make sure you’re not distracted by anything or interrupted frequently.
(When it comes to walking, this would be, for example, walking through a big city with a lot of traffic lights, cars, noise, etc. That’s more counterproductive.)
5.Practice Creativity
Probably the most important thing here is practice.
The more you think, the better your thinking will be.
Have some free time every day where you have space to think.
This alone will give you a lot of new ideas.
Try these methods every day this week.
Make them part of your routine. I’m sure you’ll never have any problems with creativity again.
Quote of the week:
“Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something.”
Hope you all have a productive week.
See you,
Eli
