Start getting things done.

How I became a highly productive person, and you can too.

This is my very first newsletter.

I’m excited to share my journey and insights with you.

Here, you’ll find practical tips on how to make the most of your time, avoid burnout, and move closer to your goals—both in business and in life.

I want you (yes, you, the person who reads this right now) to know that you’re something really special.

You are reading the very first edition—hopefully, there will be many more to come.

But let’s start:

My story

I will introduce myself. So who am I?

My name is Elias and I live in Germany.

A few years ago, my lifestyle looked like this:

  • Waking up totally tired

  • Mindless caffeine overconsumption

  • No energy

  • Going to bed too late

  • Watching twitch and other useless things all day

I knew I was wasting my time, but I was too hooked to stop.

So one day I said to myself:

“This is the last day I’m doing this. From now on, I won’t open the Twitch app ever again.”

And guess what?

That was about two and a half years ago, and I haven’t opened the app since.

For years, the app was still on my phone, but I didn’t care about it anymore.

I had so much pain using those time-consuming platforms that I couldn’t stand them anymore.

I felt I was wasting my life.

This is the reason I got obsessed with time.

And this is the reason why I want to help you to spend your time better.

Even if you’re probably not wasting your time, I’ve become an expert in how to make the most of your time in business and want you to become an even more efficient person and entrepreneur.

You don’t have to burn yourself out and watch your health and relationships fade away.

But yeah, this was my short story.

This Week’s Lesson

Now I don’t want to waste your time and directly head into today’s topic and therefore lesson for the week:

There’s always something in our daily schedule that’s unnecessary.

Something that can be optimized.

Something we could spend less time on and use this free time on something that has more impact.

I want you to become aware of how you spend your time.

What are you actually doing?

Create a list of all the things you do this week.

It doesn’t matter if the things are as small as brushing your teeth or grabbing a cup of coffee.

Write it all down.

Once you’ve done that, cross off all the things that are truly essential (for example, brushing your teeth).

But be aware: grabbing a cup of coffee, for example, isn’t truly essential.

The amount and intention matters.

So, for every action, decide if it’s something you truly can’t live without.

Now think of your goals.

What are the things you want to accomplish?

What are your personal goals? What are your business goals? What are your career goals?

Write them all down.

Now head back to your list with your actions.

For each action you took, decide whether it helps you achieve at least one of your goals.

When it does, great!

Stick to this action or habit.

But if it doesn’t, cross it out and try to eliminate it from your daily routine as quickly as possible.

This way, you won’t waste your time on activities that bring little or no results.

That was it. My first lesson to you.

Quote of the Week

Here’s a quote that I believe can kickstart your week:

This is a powerful reminder for this week.

Focus on the things that help you grow, become better and, most importantly, truly live.

Take one step closer to your dream life this week!
